About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant Product Development as part of Wealth and Investment Management (WIM). The role is a part of the WIM Product organization supporting the lending platform.
The consultant is responsible for coordinating product delivery across a complex lending platform, ensuring alignment across multiple product teams, technology partners, and functional stakeholders. The incumbent will play a critical role in driving endtoend delivery, crossfunctional coordination, dependency management, and execution discipline within an agile product development environment.
In this role, you will:
Establish a deep understanding of WIMs lending platform, its products, and delivery model
Lead crossfunctional coordination across multiple product, technology, and partner teams to plan and deliver platformlevel initiatives for the WIM lending platform
Drive endtoend product delivery execution, including roadmap alignment, dependency management, milestone tracking, and risk/issue resolution
Partner with Product Owners, Technology Leads, Risk, Legal, and Operations to ensure solutions meet business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards
Identify and analyze business and delivery needs, define scope and objectives, and translate platformlevel priorities into actionable execution plans
Support Agile ceremonies and delivery processes, including backlog alignment, dependency review, and crossteam coordination forums
Track delivery progress, identify risks and issues, and drive mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives while promoting efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement
Review strategic delivery approaches and assess effectiveness of product execution and platform outcomes
Influence, guide, and mentor less experienced product and execution staff within the organization
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years of experience in product management, program delivery, Agile delivery, and/or experience supporting lending products
Experience leading platformlevel or multiteam product delivery in a complex enterprise environment
Strong experience coordinating delivery across business, technology, risk, legal, and operations partners
Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, sequencing, and milestones across multiple teams
Experience in financial services, preferably with credit products
Understanding of lending products, processes, and regulatory considerations
Experience with Jira and Agile delivery tooling for tracking progress, risks, and dependencies
Ability to synthesize complex information and clearly communicate status, risks, and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders
Ability to adapt delivery plans in a dynamic environment while maintaining focus on outcomes
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
