About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Vice President to join its Fixed Income Structured Notes team, supporting retail and institutional structured notes offerings for nonUS clients. This role sits at the intersection of product, legal, operations, and sales, with responsibility for underwriting governance, process optimization, and scalable issuance frameworks across EMEA.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering efficient, compliant, and clientfocused structured notes offerings, while helping to evolve Wells Fargos underwriting infrastructure and automation capabilities.

In this role, you will:
Execute retail and institutional structured notes offerings for nonUS clients, including Regulation S transactions.
Coordinate and present materials to internal underwriting and governance committees.
Identify and deliver automation and processimprovement initiatives across RAU checklists and procedures.
Provide subjectmatter expertise to the O&E team on issuances where offshore entities act as underwriters or dealers, including relevant regulatory distinctions.
Lead the review and onboarding of additional issuers for inclusion in SSA, structured and nonstructured fasttrack programs for WFSIL.
Partner with Sales to assess potential offerings aligned with client objectives and program capabilities.
Produce and maintain underwriting metrics and peer benchmarking for structured notes activity.
Build, review, and maintain EMTN documentation templates to support automated issuance for institutional and retail distribution.
Required Qualifications
Experience in corporate or investment banking, with demonstrated exposure to one or more of the following:
Structured note product offerings
EMEA institutional client coverage
Crossborder capital markets transactions
Proven ability to operate in a regulated environment with multiple stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
Legal or paralegal background, particularly in support of product development or growth initiatives.
Strong understanding of EMTN programmes and EMEA regulatory and operational considerations.
Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives in partnership with crossfunctional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint).
Experience managing existing and evolving RAU control frameworks.
Strong problemsolving skills and sound judgement.
Ability to translate complex regulatory, operational, and commercial concepts into clear, actionable insights to support business decisionmaking.
