About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Cyber Resiliency Senior Lead - Senior Lead Information Security Analyst that will be focusing on examining and testing security controls and assessing how business functions engage and interact with technology in order to tailor initiatives to react to technological trends while exceeding IT security measures.


In this role, you will:

  • Provide oversight to the Cyber Resiliency program
  • Consult with key technology and business stakeholders on the consistent implementation of Cyber Resiliency program requirements and solutions
  • Ensure that Cyber Resilience risks are being managed in a timely and effective manner
  • Ensure Cyber Resiliency capabilities are included in all aspects of the company's technology architecture, policy, and production operating models
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant Cyber Resiliency solutions that are large-scale, cross-functional, or companywide strategies
  • Ensure the team has the necessary training and is keeping abreast of regulatory and compliance issues
  • Engage with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an experienced advisor to leadership


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 7+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience
  • 7+ years in production support, resiliency, BCP, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Infrastructure engineering or support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience
  • Experience with Cyber Resilience frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 22301, ISO 27001)
  • Experience with Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, testing, and failover orchestration
  • Experience and knowledge of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) lifecycle management
  • Experience with Cloud security & resilience (AWS, Azure, GCP architectures)
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure resilience (high availability, redundancy, fault tolerance) and Incident response & crisis management coordination
  • Good experience with executive-level communication and reporting
  • Experience with cross-functional program leadership (Tech, Risk, Business)
  • Knowledge of change management and large-scale transformation delivery
  • Good training and awareness program development
  • Good experience with vendor and partner coordination
  • Knowledge of data-driven decision making (KPIs, KRIs, resilience metrics)

    Pay Range
     

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
