About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Borrowing Base Services Senior Business Analyst in Wells Fargo Commercial Capital as part of Commercial Bank. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.


In this role, you will:

  • Design and implement borrowing base certificate (BBC) structures and customized reporting tools which are tailored to each clients electronic reporting formats, as well as the calculations needed for each deal structure
  • Support the execution of customized data mining software and system-based solutions (both legacy and next-generation) on an ongoing basis to produce automated and semi-automated calculations for standard ABL ineligibles, which many clients utilize in their BBCs
  • Produce both detailed analysis and high-level trending information to facilitate efficient processes for the various groups we support
  • Provide ongoing BBC, application, and reporting tool support across both legacy and new platforms, including oversight of deal structure changes and SOR implementation, as well as handling questions and requests from partners and clients
  • Support active partnership with the Product organization and participation in/leadership of collateral system conversion efforts and other strategic business initiatives


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Commercial Valuations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior asset-based lending/borrowing base experience: reading credit agreements, structuring borrowing bases, calculating/reviewing ineligibles
  • Knowledge of internal WF systems including OneView, LUCAS, Vantage/CEO, LoanIQ, CCAM
  • Prior experience in a Product role, with basic Agile experience, and/or prior success with loan/collateral system conversion and implementation
  • Strong intermediate-level Excel skills
