The Operations Admin Assistant will manage and maintain the trade capture system to ensure that tank/truck movements are reflected promptly and accurately. They will oversee the inventory system to track oil stocks in tanks and petrol kiosks, process invoices covering sales and purchases, and assist with back-office, credit, and other administrative tasks as needed. This position is open to entry-level candidates and requires PC literacy, meticulous attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach.

Full Job Description
- Manage and maintain the trade capture system - to ensure that all tanks/trucks movements are promptly and accurately reflected
- Manage the inventory system to keep track of oil stocks intank/petrol kiosks tanks
- Process / issue invoices covering sales / purchases
- Time permitting, hands on experience on back office / credit / operational matters
- Other admin functions
Qualifications
- Minimum A Level / Polytechnic Diploma
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, must be willing to learn
- PC literate
- Detailed orientated and meticulous
- Team player
