Join the Advice & Wealth Management Product Analytics team, partnering with product, engineering, and digital and data leaders to turn data into decisions that improve client experiences. In this role, you will own end to end analytics: frame business questions, work with complex datasets, automate with SQL and Python, and build clear Tableau dashboards while mentoring junior analysts and validating advanced methods. You will tackle meaningful problems across mobile and web journeys and play a key role in designing and running experiments that help shape our product strategies. Responsibilities:

  • Engages with internal partners to understand business strategy, questions and goals. Brings structure to business requests, translates requirements into an analytical project approach, and leads projects through completion. Delegates tasks and provides tactical and strategic guidance to peers.
  • Acquires and compiles structured and unstructured data and verifies its quality, accuracy and reasonableness.
  • Performs analyses of historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods. Validates analytical techniques employed by other analysts.
  • Prepares and delivers visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement.
  • Develops, owns and manages recurring analytic or reporting processes.
  • Mentors, coaches, trains, and develops junior data analysts. Proactively expands knowledge of business and analytics and shares with team members. Shares and documents best practices.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years in advanced data analysis, statistical modeling or business intelligence.
  • Bachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, or a Bachelors in Statistics/Mathematics.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data extraction and performance optimization.
  • Expertise in Python or R for data manipulation, automation and advanced analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or Looker to create interactive reports.
