In this role you will:

Analyse European regulation to understand the key implications for Vanguard.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to understand where change is required to meet European regulatory requirements.

Produce detailed documentation to record requirements and prepare executive-level communications to summarise the high-level impact.

Lead workshops to design implementation solutions to incorporate change across the business.

Develop, manage and execute project plans (working closely with programme managers) and define the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders.

Plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage activities required to deliver the project.

Benefit from coaching and mentorship from Vanguard Europes senior management within the Operations organization.
