Were seeking a Director, Marketing Strategy & Go-to-Market to shape the next era of growth for our B2C business. This leader will architect and operationalize how we go to market across client segments bringing greater clarity, consistency, and coordination in how we position our offerings, activate major marketing moments, and scale marketing impact across the enterprise.

This is a highly strategic builder and integrator role. Youll modernize our external-facing offerings, lead shared capabilities functions that enable scale, and serve as the connective tissue across segment marketing teams. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketer who thinks in systems, operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, and excels in highly matrixed environment to drive alignment through influence.

What Youll Own

  • Lead division-wide GTM marketing strategy that spans all client segments and business lines, establishing processes and standards that increase marketing effectiveness

  • Serve as the connective tissue between segment marketing teams aligning positioning, narrative, and market timing

  • Elevate and evolve our offer architecture how offerings are structured, connected, and brought to market as a cohesive system, anticipating long-term trends and opportunities that enable future growth

  • Develop and maintain value propositions across the division, ensuring offers are differentiated, compelling, and aligned to client needs and growth strategy

  • Use data, analytics, and market insights to inform marketing decisions and connect initiatives to measurable business outcomes

  • Define how we sequence and coordinate major marketing moments

  • Shape and mature marketing capabilities to enable growth and retention, including events marketing, sales collateral and enablement, and thought leadership

  • Build the operating model for how this centralized function works with and through segment marketing teams

  • Lead and develop a team of leaders and individual contributors, setting direction, driving accountability, and ensuring delivery against strategic goals. Provide guidance, share best practices, and remove obstacles.

  • Build and sustain a high-performing organization through coaching and mentorship, strengthening leadership capability and overall team effectiveness.

What You Bring

  • Exceptional strategic vision and leadership on large-scale, division-wide marketing initiatives

  • Hands-on experience with offer architecture, positioning, and value proposition development, including ability to lead market research to uncover client needs, competitive analysis, and market sizing

  • Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex concepts into clear, consumable implications, actions, and decisions

  • Demonstrated ability to drive structured problem solving, leveraging strategic frameworks and insights for complex data-driven decisions

  • Track record for connecting marketing initiatives to broader organizational goals

  • Experience developing and maturing marketing functions in high growth environments

  • Strong ability for cross-functional collaboration with business partners, vendors, and internal marketing teams to align strategies to goals

  • Proven success advising an influencing senior executives, with advanced presentation, storytelling, and visualization skills to communicate in a concise and compelling manner

  • Experience leading and developing senior marketing talent through growth and evolving organizational needs
