The Code eNablement team is the key driver of PITechs Pipeline & Developer Enablement strategy. We aim to enable seamless application delivery by automating the Vanguard out of Vanguard reducing complexity and friction, while enabling secure, scalable infrastructure for every stage of development.

About the Position

"Developers build the sandcastle, we build the sandbox" - it's an oversimplification, but it reflects what we do to enable developers to do their best work by simplifying and automating their infrastructure and deployment needs, through tools like Dexter, GitHub, Ansible, and more.

In your role, you will:

  • Help build a world-class development ecosystem in PITech by building new and refining existing code and content deployment paradigms
  • Automate manual processes through tools like GitHub Actions and Ansible.
  • Contribute to the modernization of deployment pipelines by creating a repeatable process through which applications deployed via legacy tools (Ansible) can be migrated to modernized tools (GitHub)
  • Prioritize work based on client impact and business value
  • Review code submitted by other engineers to ensure excellence
  • Develop custom supplemental products and functions

Tech Stack

While pipeline engineering experience is preferred, we are interested in candidates from any technical background so long as you are passionate about your work and have experience developing and deploying enterprise level systems. With that said, here is the technology we use that you can expect to encounter:

  • AWS ECS, S3, Lambdas
  • Docker
  • Kubernetes, Kong Gateway
