| Were looking for an Offboarding Analyst to manage the end to end client offboarding process, ensuring accurate, timely, and risk mitigated closure of client relationships, products, and accounts in line with regulatory and internal control requirements. Execute end to end client offboarding activities in line with internal policies, regulatory standards, and SLAs. Review and validate offboarding requests, ensuring all approvals, confirmations, and documentation are complete. Coordinate closure of client accounts, products, and relationships across multiple systems e.g. STAMM, GLs, FX and LEI status. Assess offboarding dependencies such as agents, investment managers, nested relationships, and linked entities prior to execution. Manage exceptions including holds, halts, and reactivations, ensuring accurate updates or reversals where required.
