| Are you an experienced Initiative Manager with a track record of delivering the objectives of large scale, complex initiatives? Do you enjoy managing the day-to-day progress of multiple inter-linked activities? We are looking for an Initiative Manager to lead the overall integration of CS LatAM with a key focus on bringing the Brazil tech stack into UBS who can help us: support the integration of technology solutions providing an expanded UBS product offering • develop plans and ensure progress towards refactoring of applications to UBS Tech Standards, rebranding and integration of core systems into single platform, along with rewiring and standardizing applications to consume bank services as opposed to stand-alone • ensure decommissioning assessments are performed with monitoring of decommissioning and timely application retirement • manage aspects of large scale, high complex initiatives, which includes planning, execution, timing, quality, client satisfaction, and early identification of potential issues • identify and manage business leaders and clients, evaluate their interests, and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective management and engagement • coordinate the tasks of the initiative among different divisions, streams, crews of different streams, and vendors • help resolve cross-stream conflicts and dependencies, align with stream/crew leads and facilitate reprioritization efforts • perform risk assessment, play an active role in risk mitigation and management, and maintain and monitor a risk management plan | Show more Initiative Manager |
