This is a rare chance to play a foundational role in launching a new US retail bank for a fast-growing global fintech. As an Interim Argentina Regulatory Reporting Manager, youll sit at the intersection of regulation, data, and business readinesshelping shape the regulatory reporting framework from the ground up during a critical market entry phase.

Role Overview
This is a temporary contract role focused on scoping, defining, and operationalizing regulatory reporting requirements for a newly launched retail bank. The role is business-led, with support from a regulatory reporting platform team for technical implementation.
Youll lead the identification of federal and state regulatory obligations, define data requirements, and ensure reporting readiness across capital, liquidity, and financial returns.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Scoping & Requirements

  • Identify and scope regulatory reports required for a retail banking operation
  • Assess federal regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., capital, liquidity, financial returns)
  • Determine state-level reporting obligations based on incorporation and operating footprint
Data Mapping & Readiness
  • Perform a data requirements mapping exercise for all regulatory reports
  • Identify required data points and define regulatory attributes
  • Map business data elements to regulatory reporting system (Axiom) requirements
  • Identify data gaps within the existing data warehouse
  • Define sourcing strategies for missing or incomplete data
Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Act as a business owner for regulatory requirements, working closely with the reporting platform/product team
  • Clearly articulate regulatory interpretations, scoping decisions, and implementation approaches
  • Support decision-making during a fast-moving bank launch timeline
Required Experience
