twentyAI are supporting a PE-backed manufacturing company based in Barcelona. They require a Dynamics CRM Manager.

This role owns the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM domain across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. It is a functional domain lead position, combining hands-on expertise with oversight of outsourced delivery.
You will be responsible for ensuring the CRM ecosystem effectively supports commercial teams, with a focus on performance, enhancements and ongoing system evolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the Dynamics 365 CRM platform (Sales, Marketing, CS)
  • Oversee external vendors delivering BAU and project work
  • Ensure system performance, stability and continuous improvement
  • Act as the key point of contact for business stakeholders
  • Drive enhancements aligned to commercial and customer needs
  • Provide functional leadership across the CRM domain

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Good understanding of sales and customer lifecycle processes
  • Experience working with outsourced / offshore delivery teams
  • Ability to operate independently with high ownership
  • Comfortable in evolving, low-structure environments
  • Broad understanding across multiple CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Service)
  • Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectivel
  • Experience improving vendor performance and delivery quality
