About the role
We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Architect to join a global organisation undergoing significant digital transformation across its SAP and enterprise technology landscape.
They are seeking an AI Technical Architect to design, build, and scale AI solutions within SAP, driving operational efficiency and innovation across core business processes.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver AI solutions leveraging SAP AI technologies and data platforms
- Build AI capabilities across finance, supply chain, procurement, sales, and warehouse operations
- Integrate enterprise, manufacturing, and operational data into AI-driven workflows
- Develop scalable architectures across SAP environments and business applications
- Support AI deployment, MLOps, governance, and long-term platform maintainability
- Drive best practices around compliance, auditability, and regulated AI solutions
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical specialists
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and deliver high-impact use cases
What we're looking for
- 8+ years' experience in SAP architecture, engineering, or enterprise technology roles
- Strong expertise across SAP BTP, AI Core, Datasphere, Business AI, and S/4HANA environments
- Deep understanding of finance, supply chain, procurement, sales, and operational business processes
- Experience with SAP integrations, extensibility, and enterprise application architecture
- Hands-on development and MLOps experience
- Proven ability to lead technical teams while remaining actively involved in delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience within manufacturing or regulated environments is advantageous
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages are beneficial
