Main purpose

As a Reporting Analyst in the Storage team, you will play a crucial role in preparing decision making reports and analysis on storage performance, inventory levels and operational KPIs

Key responsibilities

  • Storage Reporting and Data Analysis
  • Software updates
  • Develop data analytics routines using industry-standard tools to identify process or control gaps and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Review the usage of the system and suggest enhancements to ensure continuous improvement and further automation.

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Reporting & Data Analytics
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Shipping, Logistics or similar field
  • Proficient in English both in spoken and written
  • Basic understanding of market costs and economics
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make recommendations
  • Someone who is organized, pays attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, looking after a range of high priority issues
  • Basic Understanding of contract terms and logistics
  • System oriented mentality- UATs understanding
  • Experience in applying sophisticated data analytics techniques and in developing automation tools
  • Ability to think outside of the box and identify solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness\
  • Strong Excel capabilities, Analytics (QV, Tableau)
