Main Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to provide senior, end-to-end leadership of warehouse and logistics operations in the non-ferrous metals business, ensuring they are commercially optimised, operationally efficient, and risk-controlled across wholly owned and JV assets.

Knowledge

  • Degree in Engineering, Mining, or a closely related technical discipline, providing a strong foundation in industrial operations and asset management.
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience overseeing warehouse and logistics operations within the non-ferrous metals sector, including exposure to complex, multi-site and JV environments.
  • Proven leadership capability with experience managing senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and third-party operators.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skill set, with the ability to design, interpret, and leverage operational and commercial KPIs to drive performance and decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of metals warehousing, logistics chains, risk management, and operational controls.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to operate effectively in an international, multicultural environment.
