Role Summary

The Manager, Digital Portfolio Integration helps connect Global Digital Solutions (GDS) with internal business partners to ensure digital capabilities are aligned with enterprise priorities and effectively adopted. The role supports enterprise-wide integration by facilitating structured planning, governance, and communication between GDS and its stakeholders. Acting as a two-way advocate between business partners and digital teams, the role helps translate business priorities into capability needs while ensuring visibility into digital initiatives, dependencies, and readiness considerations across annual and quarterly planning cycles.

The role also supports measurement and value realization across the Digital portfolio by defining and tracking objectives, key results (OKRs), and performance metrics. Through structured governance and reporting, the role improves transparency into digital initiatives and helps leadership understand the impact of digital capabilities.

To support visibility and coordination, the role also governs GDS portfolio tracking practices across teams, ensuring tools such as Jira are consistently used to align work with GDS portfolio objectives, surface cross-team dependencies, and provide accurate roadmaps and performance metrics.

While primarily focused on integration and governance, the role may also lead or support cross-functional digital project management when required. Facilitating cross-team collaboration, and robust project management practices to enhance effectiveness, and alignment across a complex portfolio of initiatives.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Integration & Planning Alignment

  • Act as a connector between Global Digital Solutions and business partners to support integrated planning and prioritization across digital initiatives.
  • Facilitate two-way communication between business stakeholders, including Brand, Marketing and Technology teams, and digital teams to surface priorities, interdependencies, and readiness considerations.
  • Identify opportunities to better leverage enterprise digital capabilities across business units.
  • Drive adoption of standardized practices related to Accessibility compliance, design systems, and digital experience governance; partnering with communities of practice to evolve guidelines and improve consistency.

Digital Portfolio Governance & Value Realization

  • Define, track, and report Digital OKRs and supporting KPIs to measure global experiences impact, and global capability adoption and value realization.
  • Establish and maintain portfolio reporting structures that provide clear, actionable updates for leadership and alignment across teams.
  • Govern portfolio tracking practices and leverage tools such as Jira to enable enterprise visibility, dependency management, and coordination across initiatives.
  • Ensure delivery teams consistently leverage portfolio tracking tools to provide accurate roadmaps, progress reporting, and portfolio metrics.

Cross-Functional Digital Project Management

  • Lead or support digital initiatives that require coordination across multiple teams or functions.
  • Apply project management discipline to manage scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies across initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Five (5)+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams across complex digital, marketing, or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and stakeholders in enterprise environment and translating strategic needs into executable requirements for cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstratable experience working across, Brand, Marketing, experience design and technology functions
  • Demonstrated experience working across with standards and governance practices across Accessibility compliance programs and/or Design or Brand governance models.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting portfolio governance, program coordination, or digital delivery oversight.
  • Experience defining, tracking, or reporting performance metrics such as OKRs, KPIs, or portfolio health indicators.
  • Working knowledge of agile delivery practices and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Rally) to support portfolio visibility, dependency tracking, and reporting. Ability to establish and promote consistent practices for structuring and tracking work across teams (e.g., epics, features, stories) to maintain alignment with portfolio objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills, with proven ability to implement strategic engagement models that increase awareness and facilitate alignment across business and technology teams.
  • Experience managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional digital initiatives within global teams.

Preferred:

  • Has worked across Global clients or teams
  • Experience working with AI-based solutions and/or large language model (LLM) implementations.
  • Experience delivering across web, mobile app, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience operating within agile, cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience leading initiatives within financial services or asset management organizations.
  • Experience with enterprise project management tools and financial forecasting systems.

Work Flexibility

  • This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day a week from home.
