What You’ll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable systems, services, and applications supporting global educational and mock trading platforms.
  • Collaborate with trading, quant, AI/ML teams to build integrations with live and simulated trading systems, build targeted training platform, and dive into our production systems.
  • Architect efficient data structures and algorithms to support performance-critical applications.
  • Contribute to system design and strategic technology decisions.
  • Support and improve our global infrastructure and environments.

What we're looking for
  • Strong programming and system design skills in an object-oriented language (C#, Java, or similar).
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software architecture.
  • Experience managing and supporting large-scale distributed systems.
  • Python proficiency is preferred.
  • A highly collaborative, open, explorative minset.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges while maintaining flexibility for rapidly changing priorities.
