Overview

Discover what it’s like to be a quantitative trader at Susquehanna by joining our Discovery Program, hosted for the first time in our Hong Kong office! This immersive and evaluative experience is a unique opportunity for you to explore the trading industry. Throughout the program you will receive an introduction to our business through lectures and interactive sessions that bring our work to life. You’ll get insight into how Susquehanna fosters junior talent by meeting with both trading graduates and our Global Head of Education. Outstanding participants will be considered for a U.S.-based internship the following year, and full-time placement in our Hong Kong office upon graduation. This opportunity is open to students in their pre-penultimate year, graduating in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.

This opportunity is open to STEM students from a variety of backgrounds.
