Were looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team, focused on sourcing and hiring top talent for Kensho, with a strong emphasis on AI, software, and emerging technology roles. Youll partner closely with business leaders in a fast-evolving, innovation-driven environment and gain exposure to global recruitment best practices and scalable hiring models.

The Impact

This role plays a critical part in building a new Kensho office in Singapore with high-quality technology teams that support AI-enabled products, and digital transformation initiatives. Youll operate in a high-impact, consultative recruiting environmentworking across complex technical roles and partnering with leaders to deliver talent in a time- and cost-effective manner.

Youll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for highly specialized technology roles, including AI/ML engineers, software engineers, and product-aligned technical talent. This is a regional role supporting the Singapore market, with responsibility for driving hiring outcomes, improving quality of hire, reducing time to fill, and continuously refining recruiting strategies. As the business and technology landscape evolves, this role is designed to grow with youoffering opportunities to shape recruiting processes, influence workforce planning, employer branding, and early careers.

What Youll Do:

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver full-cycle recruitment for technology and AI-related roles, from intake and sourcing strategy through offer and onboarding

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, influencing hiring decisions and educating stakeholders on market trends, technical talent availability, and best practices

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using tools such as Juicebox and LinkedIn for niche and emerging technology skill sets, including AI/Machine Learning and software engineering

  • Develop partnerships with local universities for building out campus recruiting initiatives; hiring top technical talent for internship and entry level roles

  • Provide interview guidance, market insights, and hiring recommendations to ensure strong hiring outcomes

  • Build a strong understanding of S&P Global and Kenshos technology strategy, business priorities, and Employee Value Proposition, effectively communicating this to candidates and external partners

  • Continuously improve the candidate experience for both hired and declined candidates, reinforcing S&P Global and Kenshos employer brand

  • Apply data, metrics, and market intelligence to drive recruiting performance and decision-making

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on AI/ML and software engineering

  • Experience recruiting within technology-driven organizations, startups, scale-ups, or product-led environments

  • Comfortable managing complex and hard-to-fill technical positions

  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and communicating effectively with hiring managers, HR, and cross-functional teams

  • Proven experience influencing hiring practices and driving process improvement

  • Experience using recruiting metrics and data to assess performance and optimize outcomes

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to small and large groups

  • High business acumen with a consultative, solutions-oriented mindset
