Strategy
The HR Senior Analyst is accountable for ensuring the TAT, Productivity and Data quality for their team processes and ultimately satisfies our customers. The HR Senior Analyst will handle/manage critical processes within the team, handle escalations, give immediate attention for urgent requests and provide solutions, checking, etc and in addition may manage selected projects.
Business
Ability to learn the HR process quickly
Should own the process and handle each case as a priority.
Strong individual engagement with team members
Should meet the SLA with 100% data quality for all transactions
Identify and removes process wastes/process improvements
Successfully implement best practices into own team and migrates them to other teams/ units
Use customer feedback to continuously improve the processes
Should give the immediate attention for escalations and queries
Processing and Decision making as per the Departmental Operating Instructions manual and within the timeliness and accuracy standards specified.
Continuous Improvement in Productivity to the standards prescribed from time to time.
Processes
Ensure appropriate and adequate documentation is in place for process actions
Priorities and schedule own work accordingly to meet workload peaks and troughs
People & Talent
Communicate own work plan issues and escalates potential bottle-necks
Ensure the TAT & data quality through checking process
Risk Management
Create best practices around the management of risk
Identify and removes process wastes/process improvements
Act as an escalation point for errors and queries
Governance
Always upholding the Values of the Group and Company.
Compliance with all applicable Rules/ Regulations and Company and Group Policies
Regulatory & Business Conduct
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Groups Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Banks Conduct Principles
