Job description
A working student role in the HR department of Société Générale in Frankfurt, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations while gaining comprehensive insights into human resource management in an international financial institution.
Support recruitment processes including maintaining recruitment tools, assisting with new employee onboarding, supporting HR Business Partners in creating contracts and documents, preparing and analyzing HR data and reports, and actively participating in organizing training and events.
Requires a student in economics, social sciences, or related fields with strong interest in HR, proficient MS Office skills (especially Excel and Word), fluent German and English language skills, with prior HR internships being advantageous but not mandatory.
