Bond Fee 

• Role Summary

• The Bond Fee Senior Analyst is responsible for the accurate processing, booking, and reconciliation of bond fee transactions across various capital markets deal types. The role supports fee calculation, receivable monitoring, financial posting, and monthend reporting while ensuring strong controls and alignment with global finance and operations teams.

• Key Responsibilities

• Review deal notifications from frontoffice teams and validate fee booking requirements.
• Calculate gross and net fees based on deal documentation and update monthly fee ledgers.
• Prepare and process journal entries in relevant financial systems with proper supporting documentation.
• Track receivable balances, monitor ageing, and perform periodic reconciliations with the general ledger.
• Manage interim and final fee settlements and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Perform monthend activities including balance certification, variance analysis, and reporting of outstanding receivables.
• Conduct periodic reviews and spot checks to support internal controls and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders including Finance, Operations, and frontoffice teams to resolve queries and ensure process accuracy.

• Required Skills & Competencies
