Job description
Societe Generale is seeking a Financial Controlling Analyst with advanced French and English skills to join their team in Bucharest, Romania. The role involves financial reporting, budget management, and process improvement within their Global Business Services department, requiring strong accounting and analytical expertise.
Primary responsibilities include managing month-end financial closing processes, performing accounting reconciliations, constructing budgets and forecasts, conducting financial analyses, and validating purchase demands and invoices while supporting continuous process improvements.
Required skills include extensive accounting experience, particularly in reconciliation, budget forecasting, and accruals. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with advanced formula and pivot table capabilities. Strong decision-making, problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented approach are essential.
