Propose alternative investment solutions to traditional savings through specialized property mechanisms like LMNP, Malraux, MH, property deficit, and property subdivision. Animate partner agency networks and manage client relationships with both individual clients and partner agencies and property developers.
Required to have a minimum of Bac+2 education with 4 years of experience in new property investment. Must have in-depth knowledge of property investment mechanisms including LMNP, property deficit, Malraux, subdivision, and MH. Preferential understanding of Top Invest platform and strong interpersonal skills are crucial.
Compensation includes annual fixed salary of €25,000, performance-based commissions, discretionary bonus, objectives-based bonus, comprehensive benefits package including company vehicle or mobility package, health insurance, retirement plan, and restaurant tickets.
