Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Student Assistant for our Financial Planning & Reporting team. In this role, you will gain handson experience working with forecasting, financial analysis, and performance management in an international company. You will be part of a competent and collaborative finance team and receive thorough training, ensuring strong professional and personal development.

Your workplace will be at our headquarters in Odense, where you will join a team of skilled colleagues with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing. You will report directly to the manager of Financial Planning & Reporting, Niclas Grns.

Key responsibilities

  • Support ongoing optimization of forecasting and reporting processes

  • Perform variance analysis between forecast, budget, and actuals

  • Maintain and further develop financial models and analytical tools

  • Prepare management insights and decision support material

  • Perform various ad hoc analyses and analytical projects based on findings, trends, and business questions

Key requirements

  • Minimum 2 years remaining of your studies within economics, finance, business administration, or similar.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Proficiency in English, both orally and in writing

Weekly working hours are minimum 15 hours, with flexibility in exam and vacation periods. Please submit your CV, cover letter, and current grade transcript as part of your application.
