What’s the role

Join us as a Graduate at Shell in Singapore where you will embark on a comprehensive 3-year programme designed to develop future leaders.

The role will be based in Singapore. Start dates for the Graduate Programme will vary by role, with intakes scheduled in August 2026.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme :

  • You are required to have graduated (Bachelors / Masters / PhD) prior to your first day at Shell.  

  • You should be in your final year of study or have less than three years of relevant work experience if you’ve recently graduated.

  • Have valid work authorization in Singapore.
