Job Description:

The annual base salary range for this position:

zł80,400.00 - zł121,200.00

The successful candidate will join a team of Operations Support Analysts in Krakow, providing critical support for the completion of cargo movements. This includes nomination creation and maintenance, invoicing, cargo document handling, and reporting for both internal and external customers. The scope of the team evolves as business needs change.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage cargo-related documentation, including export and import paperwork.

  • Support cargo movement execution, resolve complex issues, and implement new business scenarios.

  • Collaborate with Commercial/In-Land Operators, Operations Support Teams, Team Lead, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient global processes.

  • Investigate posting errors and handle month end reporting.

  • Update operational reports regularly and maintain onboarding materials and manuals, ensuring continuous review and improvement.

  • Drive process improvements and participate in LEAN or Continuous Improvement projects to adopt best practices.

  • Manage invoice processing and financial reconciliations as part of operational support.

Requirements:

  • University degree and/or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven ability to cover multiple roles, including roles on other desks, take on additional projects, and manage a high volume of transactions efficiently and accurately.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maximize value in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working knowledge of LEAN or other CI tools will be highly considered.

  • Very good level of English (B2 minimum).

  • Knowledge of SAP is preferable; proficiency in Microsoft Excel would be an asset.
