About the role:
As a Senior Developer in Test at SEB, youll architect and maintain our C# test automation framework, enabling testers to create automation test cases using reusable models you design. Youll drive speed, consistency, and quality across projects, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with developers and QA experts to shape SEBs quality engineering strategy in a dynamic, inclusive environment.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Strong experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks
- Ability to architect scalable solutions for the test framework and guide implementation across teams
- Proficiency in C# and designing reusable test models for automation
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent collaboration skills to enable testers and developers in automation adoption
- Great communication skills and fluency in English
