Business Manager originating growth, Trade Finance Sales | SEB, Stockholm
A rare opportunity to take a leading role in advising some of SEBs most sophisticated international corporate clients, combining strategic dialogue, complex deal execution, and fostering longterm relationship ownership.
We are strengthening our Trade Finance Sales organisation in Sweden and are searching for a senior and accomplished Trade Finance professional to our Corporate Banking Sales team within our division Corporate & Investment Banking. About the role
In this role, you will hold full endtoend responsibility for Trade Finance relationships and business within a portfolio of SEBs largest Swedish corporates with global operations. You will act as a trusted senior advisor, deeply understanding clients business models, supply chains, markets, and strategic ambitions. Leveraging this insight, you will deliver tailored Trade Finance solutions that optimise working capital, mitigate risk, and support international growth.
Your responsibilities include:
- Owning the commercial performance, risk management, and profitability of your client portfolio
- Driving strategic client dialogues at senior level, translating business needs into valueadding solutions
- Originating and developing business opportunities across core Trade Finance products, sustainabilitylinked solutions, and digital offerings
- Leading complex transactions in close collaboration with credit, product, operations, and coverage teams
- Leveraging SEBs strong international network to support clients across markets and geographies
- You will be a visible contributor to SEBs global Trade Finance community, helping shape a modern, forwardlooking offering with a strong focus on digitalisation, sustainability, and regulatory excellence.

- A proven ability to build longterm, trusted relationships with senior corporate stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset and experience working seamlessly across functions and borders
- High sense of personal ownership, proactivity, and a strong commitment to continuous development
- Fluency in English is required. Swedish is a benefit along with a relevant academic degree or equivalent and/or comparable professional experience in an international environment
