**Job Title: Technical Business Systems Analyst** Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions to align tech solutions with business strategies. - Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical requirements for development teams or vendors. - Support complex business processes and multiple projects, working within a matrix organization. - Leverage strong data analysis, SQL, and API integration skills to extract and interpret data, and facilitate data mapping and integration. - Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Excel, and Visio for project management and task tracking. Required Skills and Experience: - Proven stakeholder management and communication skills. - Advanced SQL skills and experience with data analysis, mapping, and integration. - Understanding of API integration, system interfaces, and connectivity. - Ability to work with competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and visiting business and support sites. Competencies: - Problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Working knowledge of Reporting applications.
