  • Contribute to service provider governance (KPIs, incident trends, SLA adherence, service reviews, and remediation tracking).
  • Support change delivery and UAT for launches, enhancements, and vendor/platform releases, including test planning and regression coverage for PCF/pricing dependencies.
  • Drive continuous improvement/automation initiatives (e.g., variance analysis tools, dashboards, standardised runbooks) to reduce manual effort and recurring errors.

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

  • Proven experience in Active ETF / ETF operations, middle office, fund operations, fund accounting, custody/trustee, or ETF servicing.
  • Strong understanding of ETF operating models, including key dependencies between portfolio holdings, basket/PCF outputs, pricing/valuation inputs, and downstream servicing.
  • Demonstrable hands-on capability in PCF / basket file analysis and troubleshooting, including constituent validation and cash component variance investigation (or closely related file-based operational diagnostics).
  • Solid grasp of the trade lifecycle (trade capture, confirmations/matching where applicable, settlement readiness, fail management) and how exceptions propagate operational risk.
  • Experience working directly with Fund Administrators / custodians / ETF service providers, including issue escalation, SLA tracking, and service governance routines.
  • Proven ability to perform structured root-cause and implementing preventative controls.
  • Strong analytical tooling skills: advanced Excel; SQL/data interrogation capability preferred (Python/automation skills desirable but not required).
  • Experience working within an asset management firm within front or middle office environment.
  • Good technical investment services platform knowledge and ability to bridge the communications between third party vendors, IT and the business.
