Job description
Santander's Trainee General Management program is an 18-month intensive development opportunity for recent graduates interested in exploring various business areas such as Marketing, HR, Inhouse Consulting, Business Development, and Product Management. Trainees will identify optimization potentials, drive process improvements, and contribute to shaping the future of banking through hands-on experience and continuous learning.
The primary responsibilities include identifying optimization opportunities within business processes, developing and implementing change management strategies, and actively contributing to various organizational departments such as Marketing, HR, Business Development, and Product Management to drive innovative banking solutions.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or social sciences, demonstrate strong interest in economics, digitalization, and new work methodologies. Prior internship or working student experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in German and English, and the ability to work in agile and international teams are essential requirements.
