RBC Capital Markets is a division of Royal Bank of Canada, one of the largest providers of financial services in the world. The Global Transaction Banking (GTB) team is hiring a Client Management Fall Co-op/Intern.

What will you do?

  • Process new account openings and closures, product set-ups, and maintenance requests for GTB clients.
  • Action requests and inquiries received from clients related to GTB products and services.
  • Provide support to Analysts, Associates, and Relationship Managers on various client issues.
  • Analyze and extract key data to support the team's strategic initiatives, with a focus on client self-sufficiency.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-haves:

  • Working towards a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related program.
  • Completing your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of studies.
  • Returning to school after the work term end date of December 2026, or, if graduating, requiring the work term as a mandatory component to graduate.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong business acumen with well-developed analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to conceptualize strategy.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multitask, and effective time management.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Familiarity with cross-border payments.
  • High-level understanding of corporate cash management products and services.
  • Ability to learn and apply new business concepts quickly.
  • Experience in financial services with a broad understanding of banking products and services.
