WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? 

 

Our 18-month rotational programme will provide you with a deep insight into the work of the Trading Operations teams that support our trade and investment processes. You will gain a unique understanding of the way a leading hedge fund seeks to generate returns for its investors. You will learn from and work with our teams on the full range of reconciliation and post-trade activities to support our business across macro asset classes.You will also gain exposure to the teams that are responsible for trade, risk and Profit and Loss (P&L) capture. You may also have additional experience with other adjacent teams that would further complement your learning and exposure.

 

We will invest in your further development through dedicated financial products training, on-the-desk learning, and both internal and external programmes to combine theoretical knowledge with practical application. We will also provide support in further post-graduate qualifications – fully sponsoring your CFA Level 1 studies during the programme.
