About the role
The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.
We're looking for a motivated ALM Treasury Manager who can help build up our European banking operations with support from the Group Treasury team.

What you'll be doing
- Monitoring and managing the interest rate risk in the banking book (IRRBB) and other banking book exposures, such as foreign exchange (FX)
- Implementing a funds transfer process (FTP) mechanism to reward deposit generation and charge the marginal cost of funding to new asset origination
- Analysing NIM drivers and developing approaches that can help stabilise future earnings
- Helping to draft and enforce ALM policies and standards covering IRRBB, FTP, etc.
- Providing input to the ILAAP and ICAAP process as it pertains to ALM requirements
- Acting as a subject matter expert on ALM matters
- Collaborating with the Technology team to drive ALM process improvements through automation, generate real-time data, and enhance MI
- Preparing and presenting ALM-MI to the Asset & Liability Committee (ALCO)
What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience in treasury management
- Technical knowledge of SQL and Python
- A structural and logical approach to problem-solving
- Excellent analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
- Experience within a fast-growing organisation
- High motivation and a focus on delivery
Compensation range
- Poland: PLN20,200 - PLN29,100 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
