The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply).

Key dates

What you'll be doing

  • Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define customer and business problems
  • Researching user needs and sharing insights to guide design decisions
  • Designing end-to-end flows, wireframes, and prototypes that solve problems simply and elegantly
  • Running customer testing and iterating based on feedback
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to implement solutions
  • Reviewing product performance after release and identifying opportunities for improvement

What you'll need

  • To have graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026
  • A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade)
  • A degree in design or a similar field
  • A proactive attitude and love for problem-solving
  • Fluency in English
  • The ability to learn quickly with an ambitious and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Comfort working as part of a diverse team in a dynamic environment
  • Full-time availability from September 2026

Nice to have

  • Fluency in additional languages

Compensation range

  • Krakow: PLN15,700 - PLN15,700 gross monthly*
  • Poland: PLN15,700 - PLN15,700 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
