What you'll be doing
- Acting as the point of contact for events in India, overseeing the end-to-end planning, organisation, and execution
- Assisting with coordination and delivery of global onboarding
- Liaising with external vendors and local People Experience teams worldwide to ensure speedy delivery of services
- Supporting the People Experience team to deliver KPIs
- Collaborating on team projects to improve employee engagement in identified focus areas
- Supporting the end-to-end process for the recognition programme
- Creating solutions to enhance Revoluters' experience
- Implementing cost reduction ideas
- Managing the Employee Engagement Service Desk
What you'll need
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different departments and personality types
- A passion for company culture and employee engagement
- A track record of delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrable emotional intelligence and ability to handle complex social dynamics among employees
- To see the ‘big picture’ of how people and culture fit into the company’s overall business strategy and goals
- Experience building successful relationships, advising business leaders, and engaging cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience developing key success measures that drive impact
- The ability to explain complex things easily
- Fluency in English

- A CIPD qualification
- Experience working in a highly diverse, international team
- Working knowledge of local employment law and HR practices
