We're looking for a People Partner to drive our HR advisory strategy in Italy. You’ll bring a balance of strategic insight and operational execution to shape policies and procedures while embedding culture across the team to enable continuous growth and learning.

What you'll be doing

  • Acting as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance, coaching, and support across the full employee lifecycle
  • Identifying emerging people trends and organisational challenges, and partnering with stakeholders to design effective, data-informed solutions
  • Supporting and optimising daily HR operations while ensuring an exceptional employee experience
  • Leading and advising on performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary matters in line with Indian labour laws
  • Partnering with the global People team to develop and implement HR policies, programmes, and best practices tailored to employees in India
  • Driving continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and compliance
  • Using data and analytics to track key HR metrics and support strategic decision-making

What you'll need

  • Experience in a regulated financial services or fintech environment (preferably in a hyper-growth or startup context)
  • Solid knowledge of Indian labour laws, HR compliance, and statutory regulations
  • Proficiency in both Hindi and English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with great project management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience designing or refining HR policies and processes
  • A passion for creating a high-performance, inclusive work culture
  • A data-led approach to HR decision-making and reporting

  • Experience working in a global or distributed team
