We're looking for a forward-thinking Finance Operations Manager to be at the forefront of managing our financial processes, driving efficiency, and enhancing control frameworks and how we conduct audits.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading initiatives to build out dashboards for monitoring financial performance and key metrics
- Driving automation efforts to streamline finance processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and implementing best practices across finance functions
- Reducing time for integration of new initiatives into our finance ecosystem
- Collaborating with external auditor analytics experts to ensure seamless audit processes
- Facilitating the exchange of information and data analysis to support audit requirements
- Ensuring compliance with audit standards and regulations while fostering a constructive relationship with auditors
- Collaborating with designers and engineers to improve the usability and functionality of the accounting platform UI
- Building new finance tools and working with software engineers to implement them
What you'll need
- A bachelor's degree in STEM, finance, or economics from a top university with a minimum 2:1 grade
- 3+ years of project/change management experience in a Big 4 or similar fast-paced financial services environment, with a focus on data analytics, assurance, or process improvement
- Proficiency in handling large, high-volume transaction datasets, with working knowledge of SQL
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding results with quantifiable business outcomes
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and execute work efficiently
- A positive attitude with a willingness to tackle tasks ranging from manual processing to complex analytics projects
- Exceptional project management skills
Nice to have
- To be a Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent) with experience applying IFRS in a complex and regulated environment
- Experience designing and implementing finance optimisation initiatives, including process optimisation and target operating model design
- Demonstrated experience in managing system development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and go-live
- Relevant programme management qualifications, such as Prince II or Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience with Python
Compensation range
- Poland: PLN8,500 - PLN20,000 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
