About the role

Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.

We're looking for an IT Support Engineer who'll be helping our employees with their technology needs throughout their time at Revolut.

What you'll be doing

  • Solving IT requests on a daily basis and ensuring tickets are closed within SLAs
  • Resolving emergency or unplanned support activities (fixing meeting room hardware, helping users with urgent laptop issues, etc.)
  • Supporting new hires through configuring and provisioning laptops, initial IT setup, solving issues, etc.
  • Retrieving employee hardware during off-boarding, and managing the hardware lifecycle to decommission or reuse it
  • Managing any company-owned technology, including both office and remote hardware
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the Tech Services team with technology or process implementation

What you'll need

  • Fluency in English
  • 2+ years of experience working with IT systems, networks, and related technologies (macOS, Chrome, Google Workspace, ticket management via Jira/Atlassian or similar, etc.)
  • Experience with endpoint devices and incident management
  • Familiarity with vendor management (outsourcing)
  • Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with technical support for Slack
  • Experience working with Jira
