Your role with us on the team
- Organizing and coordinating meetings and events
- Overviewing e-mail/telephone correspondence
- Make sure conference rooms and meeting rooms are prepared and well maintained at all times
- Handling different administrative activities (reimbursement, travel management, order stationary, )
- Support in onboarding/offboarding of newcomers and consultants

- You are an active student at a university or university of applied science
- You feel confident working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Your English skills are very good, German skills are a plus
- You like detailed work and know how to prioritize
