Your role with us on the team
 

  • Organizing and coordinating meetings and events
  • Overviewing e-mail/telephone correspondence
  • Make sure conference rooms and meeting rooms are prepared and well maintained at all times
  • Handling different administrative activities (reimbursement, travel management, order stationary, )
  • Support in onboarding/offboarding of newcomers and consultants
     

 


Does the following apply to you?

 

  • You are an active student at a university or university of applied science
  • You feel confident working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Your English skills are very good, German skills are a plus
  • You like detailed work and know how to prioritize
  • You are pro-active, enthusiastic and communicative
  • Your problem-solving skills make you stand out
  • You are also a reliable team-player and have a hands-on mentality
