Full Job Description

Would you like to be part of RBIs sustainability journey? Group Sustainability Management drives the holistic ESG approach within the banking group and deals with the Principles for Responsible Banking, tasks related to sustainability reporting, Human Rights, ESG ratings and the ESG stakeholder engagement.

 

 

 

At a glance:

 

  • Start: as soon as possible
  • Working hours: 25h/Woche
  • Place of employment: on site / 1030 Vienna

 

 

 

Your role with us on the team: 

 

  • Support the project coordination and documentation across various ESG related topics
  • Assist with internal IT and AI processes and the maintenance of sustainability reporting platforms
  • Support the sustainability reporting process including data collection and basic monitoring tasks
  • Conduct research and deep dive analyses on sustainability/ESG topics 
  • Process sustainability rating inquiries, and contribute to automation initiatives
  • Support the preparation of internal and external documents and presentations
  • Assist with general organizational and administrative tasks

 

 

 

This job is made for you, if...

 

  • You are actively studying, for example in the fields of sustainability, business and economics, technology, or natural sciences (an affinity for IT is an advantage)
  • You have a very strong interest in sustainability/ESG and banking
  • You have a very good command of English, German is a strong asset
  • You have excellent MS Office skills (its a must):
    • Excel: advanced skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and structuring datasets for analysis. Power BI experience is a plus.
    • PowerPoint: strong skills in structuring content and designing professional presentations
    • SharePoint: site administration, user management, and content creation
