Full Job Description

Were looking for a Senior Tester (f/m/x) who can take ownership of quality of testing across our Tribe - from legacy to modern services. In the Group Prime Services Tribe, we are responsible for a range of financial solutions for institutional clients. You will act as the crucial bridge between the different teams as well as the testers in approaching the testing strategy and guiding other testers with best practices. 

 


Your mission at RBI: 

 

  • Lead and drive a quality first testing culture with alignment with all teams within the Tribe
  • Design and implement a holistic testing strategy covering backend, frontend, APIs, batches, and integrations
  • Plan and execute exploratory, manual, and automated tests using various tools and frameworks
  • Collaborate with several teams within the Tribe to clarify requirements and ensure clear, testable acceptance criteria and align the priorities as well as synergies
  • Ensure compliant and well structured test documentation, including test plans, specifications, and evidence
  • Support releases with transparent risk assessment and quality reporting
  • Support the upskilling and guidance of the Testing Chapter by bringing in your expertise and knowledge 

 

 

Core competencies: 

 

  • Extensive hands on experience in backend/API testing with multiple testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Postman/Bruno, Swagger UI)
  • Solid understanding of test automation principles and test design as well as managing the related environments
  • Experience in setting up Testing KPIs as well as working with dashboards and metrics for tracking progress and taking data driven decisions
  • Sound analytical mindset with the ability to define testing strategies and use the synergies of the Tribe
  • Practical scripting skills (Shell, Bash, SQL, TypeScript or Java)
  • Experience and interest in working with AI tools to support efficiency and improve processes
  • Sound communication skills in English to align with teams of different applications 

 

 

Nice to have:

 

  • German skills are an advantage
  • Experience of legacy migration
  • Knowledge of the banking industry or similar is an advantage
