As Product Manager Credit Trigger Management within Special Asset Management, you know better than anyone how to translate the banks credit risk management frameworks into triggers that result in appropriate customer servicing. Through Special Asset Management customer services, we provide all retail customers with the support they need to move towards a financially healthy future.
You & your role
As Product Manager Special Asset Management, you work within the Housing Tribe, in the Mortgage Criteria & Management Area. This area is responsible for servicing existing mortgage customers and retail customers in Special Asset Management at Rabobank.
Triggers contribute to the detection of financial stress and actual arrears, enabling customers to be supported in the right way on their path to recovery. Appropriate customer servicing can be provided both preventively and within Special Asset Management.
Together with your squad, you are responsible for setting up Credit Trigger Management and for managing the application used by employees (the Decom application). You do this alongside the regular activities focused on remaining in control and ensuring continuity.
As a Product Manager, you play a key role with significant impact across multiple domains; no two workdays are the same. Together with colleagues in your squads, you are responsible for realizing increasing customer and bank value. You maintain a clear overview of a complex internal and external stakeholder landscapeincluding other tribes within Rabobank, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and regulatorsenabling you to create support for the plans to be delivered.

- Trigger management: Responsible for designing and optimizing data-driven triggers to identify customers in a timely manner and guide them to appropriate customer servicing;
- Prioritization & results: You set priorities to achieve the objectives and KPIs of the squads, Area, and Tribe, while safeguarding scope, quality, and progress;
- Application & change impact: You oversee a complex application landscape, assess the impact of changes, and prioritize them appropriately, in line with applicable Global Standards.

You & Your talent
- Academic level of working and thinking capability, with experience in IT delivery and the digitalization of services within regulated environments; Data-driven, with strong ability to translate data regulatory/business requirements into data solutions;
- Experience working with regulatory or risk-related data domains;
- Demonstrates strong ownership: takes responsibility, is self-critical, customer-focused, and results-driven;
- Experience with Agile and Scrum, including coaching colleagues to drive continuous improvement;
- Strong collaborator and connector, with experience managing a complex stakeholder landscape;
- Strong communication skills at both business and technical level (NL & ENG).
