  • Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 3,447 and EUR 4,923 (scale 07) for a 36-hour work week.
  • Extras: a thirteenth month, 8% holiday allowance, and a 10% Employee Benefit Budget.

You and your future
During this 18-month program, you’ll gain hands-on experience with the latest technologies and develop both technical and professional skills. And then? After completing the program, you’ll be ready to step into a specialist role within Rabobank’s analytics community, with a strong network and a clear career path ahead.

In your role, you’ll start in April 2026, spending 80% of your time on impactful projects and 20% on personal and professional development through training, coaching, and peer learning.

Those 80% will be spend as part of the D&A Academy and Development Centre. Our team is at the heart of this transformation. We are responsible for bankwide AI literacy and Maturity and play an advisory role in the AI transformation of Rabobank. As part of the team, you’ll not only run the day-to-day operations of our D&A Academy offerings but also help shape their future by introducing innovative technologies and smarter processes. For example better reporting, accelerated learning operationalization, measure and predict change as a result of our learnings, etc. 

This role offers a unique balance: you’ll gain deep insight into our current strategic approach on bankwide AI Literacy and Maturity adoption in a large and complex environment for all employees. While having the freedom to reimagine and optimise them using technologies like digital twins, intelligent agents, and automation platforms.

Practical Examples

  • Be part of the D&A Academy and help us turn strategy into actionable plans.
  • Manage and monitor training implementation, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Drive awareness campaigns and embed AI Literacy and Maturity across business units globally.
  • Operations of learning interventions, communication with training participants and resolve queries effectively.
  • Maintain oversight of training plans and ensure readiness for execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement innovative solutions.
  • Experiment with different technologies to support and improve existing processes, or design completely new ones.
  • Track activities in Azure DevOps and facilitate Way of Working sessions.
