You & your role

Contribute to strengthening Rabobanks risk management by performing IT audits and advising management. In this role, you analyse complex IT environments, identify risks and translate them into concrete opportunities for improvement. As a Junior Auditor Innovation & Technology (IT), you work with various teams and have the freedom to determine your own approach.

As a Junior Auditor Innovation & Technology (IT), you are responsible for identifying risks, advising stakeholders and contributing to a secure digital banking environment.

The Audit Rotation Program

This three-fased program is designed to accelerate your development into a IT auditor:

  • Fase 1: Onboarding, mentorship, and foundational training in Rabobanks risk and audit landscape.
  • Fase 2: Deepen your expertise through hands-on audit execution and professional certifications.
  • Fase 3: Lead audits, mentor new participants, and prepare for a leadership role outside of Audit.
