.NET Engineer Customer Recognition (Medior/Senior)

You & your role

The .NET Backend Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highperformance backend services using modern .NET and Azure cloud technologies. The role focuses on building RESTful Web APIs, implementing cloudnative solutions, ensuring high code quality through automated testing, and supporting reliable CI/CD delivery pipelines.

The Content Recognition Hub aims to save significant hours by automating the reading and interpretation of content such as emails and documents through various AI solutions. Major use cases include email recognition services that process all customer-facing mailboxes, as well as mortgage and loan applications in the housing domain, where we deliver substantial business value.

Top responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Web APIs using C# and .NET 7/8
• Implement clean, maintainable, and testable code using established design patterns (Repository, Factory, Singleton, etc.)
• Design and maintain RESTful API contracts, including validation, versioning, and error handling
• Build and operate cloudbased backend solutions like Azure App Services, Azure Functions (for serverless and event driven workloads), Azure Service Bus (async messaging)
• Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines using YAML
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes
• Support production systems through monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
• Participate in solution and API design discussions
• Apply best practices in software architecture and clean code

You & your talent

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with C# and .NET (7/8) for backend development
• Proven experience building RESTful Web APIs
• Handson experience with Azure Cloud Services, including Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Key Vault, Storage, and Entra ID
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines (YAMLbased CI/CD)
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and backend architecture
• Strong testing mindset with experience across unit, integration, system, and performance testing
• Python would be a great advantage

Experience

• Approximately 5 years of experience in .NET backend development
• Experience working in Agile or DevOpsoriented teams

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Clear communication with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
