- Conduct UI reviews and help elevate design standards by promoting best practices and providing peer feedback.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including researchers, developers, and operations teams, to gather requirements and translate user needs into thoughtful design solutions.
- Design clean, intuitive interfaces for both existing and new applications using modern UX tools such as Figma.
- Work hand-in-hand with development teams to ensure accurate and seamless implementation of design specifications.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in our internal tool suite.
- Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Solid background in UI design, supported by a diverse and polished portfolio.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including hands-on experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Skilled in using UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and similar platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret user feedback and data to inform design choices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in planning and conducting usability tests.
- Familiarity with frontend languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
