Join the Data Platform & Analytics team, responsible for providing a global, high-availability platform for analysing investment strategy performance.

Your future role within QRT

  • Design, build, support, and optimise data pipelines and automation frameworks to power multiple strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a Snowflake subject-matter expert, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all environments.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and infrastructure teams to guarantee reliable data delivery and robust governance.
  • Contribute to the evolution of QRT’s modern data platform through automation, monitoring, and best-practice adoption.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where quality, efficiency, and continuous feedback are at the core of success.

Your present skillset

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering or Database Administration roles.
  • Deep expertise in Snowflake, including database design, performance tuning, RBAC, and data sharing.
  • Strong Python skills for automation, data pipelines, and Snowflake integration (Connector, Snowpark, etc.).
  • Excellent SQL abilities and experience managing large analytical datasets.
  • Solid understanding of data modelling, medallion architectures, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience working across multi-region environments (Europe and APAC).
  • Analytical and rigorous thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communicator and effective team collaborator in cross-functional settings.
  • Knowledge of AWS (S3, IAM, PrivateLink) and orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt) is a plus.
